The One Humanity Creative Happening

is suitable for people of all ages and from all backgrounds.The session can happen locally or on zoom, and can be arranged for different groups and organisations.

This intuitively facilitated co-creative session is for those of you who yearn for visionary, inspiring spaces of embodied unity, profound meetings in the essence of humanity allowing for creative soutions to conflicts to emerge.

The future vision of these events are to create a network of organisations and spiritual groups who understand the transformative power of embodied oneness practice, affecting personal and collective life in the best possible ways.

The One Humanity Creative Happenings will be based on the newest version of the Universal Prayer for Peace.

“An exploration into non-separation. What is that? Connecting with another human through movement and words, through eye contact and singing, in any form you wish to express yourself. Through accepting who you are and what you have come with, even if it is resistance to the process. Connect with the other and realise that the separation between you and them does not exist, it only exists in one’s head. Then explore the non-separation with non-living things, with the space around you. Flow, surprise yourself, step out of your comfortzone, push your boundaries. Be surprised by what comes up, be curious.” -Lucia

What to expect: Embodiment as the One Heart group sessions offer a high emphasis on exploring what is alive in any given moment embraced by the oneness of all of life. They are playful and allow for humour as well as profound silence. There is always a choice to take yourself out of any given unfolding creative process if you wish. Exploring the oneness of all of life through the heart does not mean that there will be any form of physical touch between partcipants, however sometimes participants feel so happy and ecstatic that they want to share hugs for example. Any invitation for physical touch also of your own body will only be to explore sensory, platonic perception of energy and your ‘no’ to any exploration is always welcome. You do not need to come with any particular creative skill set, just a curiosity and openness to learn through the creative expression as it happens uniquely through you. There is always a possibility that you experience yourself in ways during the event that you are not used to, or did not know were possible. Sometimes this can be very happy and blissful, however the process can also intensify feelings and mental states you consider challenging to experience. Please be aware of that and attend only if you feel resourced enough to integrate potential spiritual openings. You will also always be invited to reach out for support after any session.
