“the death into light
kisses the forehead
gently
gently
and with great force
washes away the
who
ever and never”
This photograph of me was taken at the British South Coast in 2015. The sense of dissolve inherent in my feeling disposition is enhanced through colorful shapes of water merged into the image. I have become fascinated by the symbolic language of hair…it can flow wildly and freely and feel like a connector of the human body to the plant world… being roots or branches. Therefore I gave my hair a prominent role in the composition.
